Aims and Scope

Korean Journal of Mineralogy and Petrology is co-published every three months by the Mineralogical Society of Korea and the Petrological Society of Korea. It provides novel and original research in the fields of mineralogy and petrology. Topics of interest include: physics and chemistry of minerals and igneous/metamorphic/sedimentary rocks, clay minerals, environmental minerals, mineral resource, industrial minerals, cultural heritage minerals, regional geology related to petrogenesis, isotope geochemistry, geochronology, experimental petrology, volcanology, and microstructure and deformation of rocks.

목적과 범위

한국광물학회와 한국암석학회가 세 달마다 공동으로 발간하는 『광물과 암석』 학회지 (pISSN 2734-0333)는 광물학 및 암석학 분야의 새로운 아이디어와 독창적인 연구를 소개합니다. 학회지의 전자판본은 mskorea.or.kr과 pskorea.or.kr에서 제공됩니다.

이 학회지에서는 광물 및 암석 물리학과 화학, 점토 광물, 환경 광물, 광물 자원, 산업 광물, 문화재 광물 등 다양한 주제를 다룹니다. 또한, 지역 암석학적 연구, 동위원소 지화학, 지질 연대학, 실험 암석학, 화산학, 변성암의 미세구조 등 다양한 주제도 다루고 있습니다.
